Directly above Tin Hau, Fortress Hill and North Point, North Point Hill is close to Causeway Bay, major hub for businesses, shopping and entertainment, and commercial district in Quarry Bay. Families prefer North Point Hill as housing district due to the favourable living environment, school network, and convenience of shopping, dining and commuting.

Set against the hill side, free from through traffic, and benefiting from a lower density town planning policy, North Point Hill is relatively quiet and less populated. Choi Sai Woo Park is up the hill, whilst Victoria Park is within short walking distance. North Point Hill span school net 12 and 14, both districts benefit from their respective networks of well-known primary and secondary schools. Besides providing the desirable amenities, green parks and schools would add to the open space.

There are fine dining in Tai Hang, and a wide variety of restaurants near Tin Hau MTR station. For daily shopping, markets and supermarkets are readily available within walking distance.
