About The Peak

During early colonial days, European colonists built their houses on Victoria Peak to reach for cooler temperature at high attitudes.  However, accessibility deterred early settlers until the opening of the Peak Tram in 1888.  Residential development sped up since Peak Tram was in service.  Owing to the Peak Reservation Ordinance between 1904 and 1947, the Peak was designated as an exclusive residential area reserved for non-Chinese.

Annemay Harnett

Annemay Harnett's client say:

I'm writing on behalf of both of us to thank Annemay from Proway for the help in arranging our rental. She has been really professional and efficient, but also friendly which we really appreciated, and we have been really impressed with the level of service. We just wanted to record our appreciation.

Yvonne Lee

Yvonne Lee's client say:

Working with Yvonne was a very nice experience. We have one dog and two cats so we had many questions about this. She understood our needs and she brought us to visit only some apartments that can suit us. After signing the tenancy agreement, she helped us solving a few problems we had with, for example, a window that wasn't fixed or with some other communication between us and the landlord. I do recommend to work with her.

Belinda Cheung

Belinda Cheung's client say:

My husband and I recently relocated to Hong Kong, and what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience was made remarkably smooth thanks to the exceptional support of Belinda Cheung. From our very first interaction, Belinda's warmth, friendliness, and professionalism stood out. We built a natural rapport immediately, and it was clear that she was genuinely invested in helping us not just find an apartment, but a place we could truly call home. Belinda took the time to carefully listen to our needs and concerns, and her deep knowledge of the local property market and expat lifestyle was invaluable throughout the process. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and transparent, and we were consistently impressed by how responsive and available she was - even outside standard hours. Despite my husband and I having conflicting schedules that required revisiting a few flats multiple times, Belinda was endlessly accommodating and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Her patience, flexibility, and professionalism were truly appreciated. She went well beyond what we expected - successfully negotiating a brand-new fridge and washing machine with the landlord, which added real value to the apartment. She also assisted with setting up utilities, recommended reliable places to buy furniture and home essentials, and generously shared helpful advice and local knowledge about settling into life in Hong Kong. Her thoughtful insights, from navigating neighbourhoods to adjusting to daily life in the city, helped us feel grounded far sooner than we expected. Belinda's efficiency and attention to detail were equally impressive. She handled every aspect of the leasing process with care and precision, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that we fully understood each step. Her ability to bridge our needs with the expectations of local landlords was seamless, and her proactive approach saved us both time and potential stress. Even after we moved in, Belinda checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of aftercare speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients and her integrity as a professional. Belinda exemplifies what a truly outstanding estate agent should be: knowledgeable, reliable, empathetic, and thoroughly committed to her clients. She is an asset to her team, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone relocating to or moving within Hong Kong.
