About Mid-levels Central

European colonists built their houses on Victoria Peak to reach for cooler temperature at high attitudes. Homes on the Peak were considered accolades for wealth, power and status. Peak Tram went into service in 1888, with terminus on Garden Road and the Peak, and an intermediate station on May Road. Residential development sped up since Peak Tram was in service. Peak District Reservation Ordinance in effect between 1904 and 1947 banned Chinese from living on the Victoria Peak. Those days, the Lower Peak area was as high as the prominent wealthy Chinese families could live.

Teresa Chu

Teresa Chu's client say:

House hunting is gruesome process normally, but with swift response and suggestion from understanding client's needs, it was pleasant surprise to find the flat in very reasonable rental and least search time with Proway, and Teresa Chu. I hope I would not need to move for a while from the flat Proway found me, but if I get to, I do not hesitate reaching out Proway.

Orpheus Deaver's client say:

Highly recommend the Proway team - I? in the process of relocating back to HK Trey and Maryam made the daunting and stressful experience of finding an apartment convenient and easy given I was trying to choose a place from overseas. They went out of their way to visit apartments on my behalf and sent detailed videos for my review. Trey and Maryam were easily contactable and prompt with their responses just amazing service!

Great pleasure working with Mary. She was working even on holiday to help secure our new apartment. Finally reached an agreement with a great outcome. She was patient and caring throughout the process.
