About Mid-levels Central

European colonists built their houses on Victoria Peak to reach for cooler temperature at high attitudes. Homes on the Peak were considered accolades for wealth, power and status. Peak Tram went into service in 1888, with terminus on Garden Road and the Peak, and an intermediate station on May Road. Residential development sped up since Peak Tram was in service. Peak District Reservation Ordinance in effect between 1904 and 1947 banned Chinese from living on the Victoria Peak. Those days, the Lower Peak area was as high as the prominent wealthy Chinese families could live.

Seema Mahtani

Seema Mahtani's client say:

Great service, once we were assigned an agent. Seema was very helpful and efficient in sending through relevant properties. She was also very flexible with her time and very personable and helpful. All around a lovely experience .

Belinda Cheung

Belinda Cheung's client say:

Belinda has been amazing. She understood my need, was active in her search without swamping under non-relevant homes and was spot on with what she showed to me. She has been reactive to the offer and signing and offered valuable support so I was able to nail down the deal with a few gains while several other offers were rejected before.

Annemay Harnett

Annemay Harnett's client say:

I could not have been happier with the help received from our agent, Annemay Harnett. She helped our family refine our criteria and find the right apartment at the right price. I felt supported throughout the process.
