About Pokfulam
Pokfulam is a country area outside of Western Districts before reaching Aberdeen. Starting from HKU, it consists of Mount Davis, Sandy Bay, Cyber Port, Chi Fu before ending with Tin Wan. In the past, Pokfulam Road was seriously congested, giving rise to Pokfulam Moratorium in the 1970's which is still in force today to slow down and reduce scale from property developments to control the amount of traffic generated within the Pokfulam area. Over time, the outcome is Pokfulam remains largely under developed compared to neighbouring districts.

Juhi was introduced to me through my previous tenant and I'm extremely impressed by the professionalism and personal touch exhibited by her during our search for a new tenant. She is detail oriented and followed through efficiently while during contract negotiation, she displayed her strength in facilitating tough situations. Sandy Cheung's client say:
My wife and I have a total of over 30 years living in HK and renting flats as tenants. We have worked with numerous RE agents in all these years. The experience with Sandy has been by far the best in all these years. Sandy understands clients, is extremely polite and kind, and is always available to help and support throughout the process. I would have never expected that an agency can provide such a high standard of service and we want to thank Sandy for all that she has done. Happy to provide more detailed feedback, if necessary.
