Nigel is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in Hong Kong’s competitive property market. He specializes in advising a select group of corporate clients on prime office leasing and commercial property transactions, with a primary focus on prime offices in the Central Business District (CBD).

After graduation from Simon Fraser University, Nigel returned to Hong Kong and began his career in the conveyancing department of a law firm. There, he gained valuable experience handling Sales & Purchase agreements and contract execution—a foundation that sharpened his eye for details and transactional precision.

Nigel takes a straightforward, grounded approach to business. He prioritizes clear communication, thorough attention to detail, and practical results for the clients he represents. Over the years, he has established strong relationships with all major landlords in Hong Kong, enabling him to secure favorable terms and exclusive opportunities for his clients. He is also known for providing timely, actionable market trends, helping corporate decision-makers stay ahead of a fast-moving leasing landscape.

Outside of work, Nigel enjoys family gatherings and swimming—activities that reflect his belief in balance, resilience, and staying connected to the people who matter most.
