Originally from Sydney, Australia, Noelle Bramley has resided in Hong Kong since 2013. Prior to relocating to the city, she lived and worked in several global markets including Dubai, Singapore, Manila, and Phuket, bringing a genuinely international perspective to local property transactions.

Before entering real estate, Noelle owned and operated a boutique interior design practice specialising in high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Her in-depth knowledge of interior design, spatial planning, construction processes, and Hong Kong’s property and building regulations provides her clients with informed, considered guidance throughout the decision-making process.

In addition to her design background, Noelle specialises in property staging — the strategic preparation of homes for sale or lease. In Hong Kong’s highly competitive market, she applies a refined staging sensibility to enhance presentation, maximise appeal, and ensure properties stand out.

Deeply engaged with life in Hong Kong, Noelle has a strong appreciation for how residents live, move, and interact with space in the city. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring Hong Kong’s hiking trails and attending international art and design exhibitions.
