About Mid-levels Central
European colonists built their houses on Victoria Peak to reach for cooler temperature at high attitudes. Homes on the Peak were considered accolades for wealth, power and status. Peak Tram went into service in 1888, with terminus on Garden Road and the Peak, and an intermediate station on May Road. Residential development sped up since Peak Tram was in service. Peak District Reservation Ordinance in effect between 1904 and 1947 banned Chinese from living on the Victoria Peak. Those days, the Lower Peak area was as high as the prominent wealthy Chinese families could live.

Testimonials
Sandy Cheung's client say:
My wife and I have a total of over 30 years living in HK and renting flats as tenants. We have worked with numerous RE agents in all these years. The experience with Sandy has been by far the best in all these years. Sandy understands clients, is extremely polite and kind, and is always available to help and support throughout the process. I would have never expected that an agency can provide such a high standard of service and we want to thank Sandy for all that she has done. Happy to provide more detailed feedback, if necessary.

Annemay Harnett's client say:
I'm writing on behalf of both of us to thank Annemay from Proway for the help in arranging our rental. She has been really professional and efficient, but also friendly which we really appreciated, and we have been really impressed with the level of service. We just wanted to record our appreciation.
