My experience in working with Josephine Cheung was nothing but positive. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the HK real estate market. Heeding to her advice, we reduced our initial listing price and appropriately valued our 60+ years old unrenovated apartment in accordance to market trends. The property received multiple offers and we were pleasantly surprised at the final selling price that she successfully negotiated on our behalf. We do not live in HK and relied entirely upon her efforts in marketing the property and coordination with co-op agents in the showings of the property, etc. She was very proactive and work closely with our attorney on issues that may hinder the smooth transition of the title to the new owner. She was upfront and transparent, kept us abreast every step of the way. I highly recommend her services and would not hesitate referring her to any of my friends and family.
